Nicholas Selbie - Non-Executive Director
David Mott - Executive Director
The governance of the Company is conducted formally and as an ongoing process through the Board with its relevant specialist sub-Committees including:
Audit Committee
The Audit Committee consists of Robin Hill (Chairman), Ted Mott and Nick Selbie.
Remuneration Committee
The Remuneration Committee consists of Nick Selbie (Chairman), Robin Hill and David Mott.
Nominations Committee
The Nominations Committee consists of Ted Mott (Chairman), Robin Hill and Nick Selbie.

The company produces an Annual Business Review, which addresses trading report and outlook, corporate development as well as the full range of operations, staffing, controls, compliance and charitable work in addition to an Annual Report and Accounts. The company’s reports are available by application in writing to the Company Secretary.
