Oxford Capital Partners Benefits from 3 IPOs in 2005
2005 saw the successful listing of three of Oxford Capital Partners’ portfolio companies.

Oxford Capital Partners, the Oxford based venture capital firm focused on science and technology companies, is pleased to report that in 2005 three of its portfolio companies successfully floated on the AIM market – Hardide plc, Oxonica plc and Celoxica Ltd.
Since listing, all three companies have consistently traded at a significant premium to the IPO price. As of 28 February 2006 all share prices were up from initial IPO price, as illustrated in the table below.

Hardide plc – Hardide develops unique surface engineering technology combining ultra-hardness, low friction and chemical resistance for use on components made from steel, hard alloys and other materials.
Celoxica plc – An Oxfordshire based company that makes software that helps speed up the operation of semiconductors by programming programs directly on to the silicon. Celoxica’s technology is being used to process very complex, long or rapidly changing computer code.
