Oxford Capital’s Tom Bradley highly commended at EISA Awards

We are delighted to announce that Tom Bradley has been highly commended at the EISA Awards, as one of the best newcomers to the EIS industry. The awards ceremony took place at the House of Lords on 1 February 2017.

Tom is an experienced venture capital investor who entered the EIS world for the first time in 2015, when he joined Oxford Capital to lead our Growth investment team – the team responsible for investing funds raised by the Oxford Capital Growth EIS.

Since joining Oxford Capital, Tom has added six new companies to the Growth EIS portfolio, including online video GP service Push Doctor and original art marketplace Artfinder.

The EISA recognised Tom’s contribution to the EIS industry, including his articles in the financial adviser press, written to demystify venture capital investment and give an insight into the investment manager’s world.

During his 16 years in venture capital, Tom has invested more than £50m into early stage companies. He has been involved with a number of high profile investments, including LOVEFiLM (sold to Amazon), Performance Horizon Group, Mister Spex, Push Doctor and Moneybox. He has also worked closely with leading businesses such as Shazam and Windeln (IPO on Deutsche Boerse).
